Russian strikes on Kharkov on Wednesday night hit a number of military facilities, including the Kharkov Tractor Plant, where Ukrainian military equipment is repaired, fuel and ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the building of the telecommunications company Ukrtelecom, the coordinator of the pro-Russian Nikolaev underground, Sergei Lebedev, told RIA Novosti, citing based on data from their colleagues from Kharkov.
According to him, agents have long reported the presence of military and foreign specialists in the Ukrtelecom building. He showed a photo taken outside the building showing a group of people, including a man in protective clothing with a Swedish flag on his sleeve.
